Fabricator/MIG Welder

Job Description We are seeking a skilled Fabricator/MIG Welder to join ourproductionteam in Mooresville, IN. The ideal candidate will have strong plate and tube welding experience and work effectively within a small team environment. This role demands attention to detail, a positive attitude, and dependability to help meetproductiongoals while maintaining safety and quality standards.Responsibilities Perform MIG welding to fabricate and assemble metal products according to blueprints, drawings, and specifications in a production environment Apply principles of assembling, welding, and fabricating Read and interpret paper blueprints and dimensional drawings Operate welding and general shop equipment safely and efficiently Inspect and maintain welding equipment to ensure proper functioning Conduct quality control checks to ensure product integrity Maintain a clean, safe work area following all safety protocols Collaborate within a small team (2-5 members) to meet production deadlines Assist in developing and improving welding techniques and processes Troubleshoot and resolve welding or equipment issues Perform other related tasks to support operations as neededRequired Qualifications Minimum 2 years of MIG welding experience Strong ability to read and interpret dimensional drawings Positive attitude, attention to detail, good work ethic, and dependability Ability to multitask effectively Good communication and teamwork skills Willingness to learn and adapt Basic math skillsPreferred Qualifications Fabrication apprenticeship or equivalent training at a trade, technical school, or military training
