At Hannah Motor Company, we believe in empowering our leaders with the resources, autonomy, and trust they need to build thriving teams and successful dealerships.Compensation & Benefits:Highly Competitive Pay: $6,000 monthly salary + 2% of Store Gross + 10% of Store NetEarning Potential: Exceeds $400,000-$800,000 annually based on performanceGenerous Paid Time Off (PTO): Accrue 96 hours your first year, with increases over timeComprehensive Benefits: Medical, dental, vision, HSA/FSA, life insurance, and short- & long-term disability after 60 days401(k) Retirement Plan: Robust company-sponsored savings planPaid Holidays: At least 2 paid holidays per year following the introductory periodWhat You’ll Do:As our General Manager, you will be the driving force behind dealership success, leading every department to achieve operational excellence and outstanding profitability.Manage all dealership operations to maximize revenue and performanceReview financials, DOCs, and performance metrics to identify growth opportunitiesDevelop, document, and maintain operational workflows, process maps, and swimlane diagrams to identify efficiencies and improvement opportunities.Lead the design and implementation of business processes and strategic plans across multiple teamsCoach and mentor department leaders to achieve individual and team goalsPartner with ownership to review dealership financials and strategic directionDevelop and maintain positive relationships with manufacturers and lendersOversee recruiting, training, and professional development for managersEnsure compliance with company policies and a culture of ethics and accountabilityAddress and resolve customer and employee concerns effectivelyCreate effective advertising and merchandising strategies to enhance visibilityWhat You Bring:Minimum 2 years of experience as an Automotive GSM, Service Director, or General Manager (GM experience preferred)Advanced knowledge of dealership operations, sales management, and fixed opsProven success leading a franchised auto dealership to strong financial performanceExcellent communication, organizational, and conflict-resolution skillsProficiency in MS Word, Excel, Outlook, ADP, CDK, and HRIS systemsStrong ethical leadership and commitment to company cultureJoin a Company That Invests in Its LeadersAt Hannah Motor Company, we reward performance and integrity.
