We need passionate, hard-working, and creative people to help us reach our engineering goals!\nWhat you will be doing:\nCollaborate closely with Software Development Managers, Engineers, Product Marketing, Customer Program Management, Quality Assurance, and other logistics personnel to establish and implement streamlined processes for the development of advanced Compute software solutions for cloud service providers, automotive and OEM customers.\nWork closely with Customers and Customer Program Managers on software issues, including technical feedback from OEMs, CSPs, and partners. Additionally, you will be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of all processes related to enterprise support.\nLead status meetings, proactively addressing challenges, addressing customer concerns, and serving as the central point of contact for building and upholding release schedules and the prioritized release plan of record.\nPartner with multi-functional teams throughout the company to strategically plan and drive software objectives for the team. In this role, you will collect requirements, help define priorities, drive planning and scheduling for all phases of the software development lifecycle.\nDevelop and maintain schedules, proactively identifying risks and formulating risk management strategies for multiple parallel work streams.\nTake lead in enhancing existing product development and software release processes, while collaborating with engineering management to optimize the development workflow for maximum engineering efficiency. You will have the opportunity to partner with diverse technical groups, spanning all organizational levels.\nInternally translate customer requirements into actionable achievements and tasks, ensuring customers are continually informed about issue statuses.\nCollaborate with various internal teams and third-party partners across different time zones, as necessary, to resolve customer issues and oversee customer releases.\nWhat we need to see:\nBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering or Computer Science or equivalent experience.\n10+ years proven experience in a similar or related role with 5+ years of experience in driving down Software / Hardware customer escalations.\nHands on experience with software development for hardware platforms. Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies\nDemonstrated success in delivering complex products to customers\nAbility to work independently and actively with minimal guidance.\nProven experience to creatively resolve technical and resource issues.\nAbility to think strategically and tactically and to build consensus to ensure program success\nComprehensive understanding of software engineering principles, including experience with widely-adopted configuration management tools and productivity-enhancing tools and automation processes.\nExceptional attention to detail and a demonstrated capacity for multitasking, in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities and changing requirements.\nStrong communication and technical presentation skills.\nWays to stand out from the crowd:\nExpertise with Agile SW Development tools. Solid understanding of operating systems, datacenter servers, automotive principles and standards.\nExperience developing/managing software application, system software/ firmware stack programs is a plus\nPrevious experience coordinating activities across HW, Firmware and Software applications is a plus. MBA/PMP Certification/training is a plus.\nYour base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.
