Sewing Machine OperatorSCHEDULE: Monday–Friday, 6:30 AM – 3:00 PM. Overtime may be required during busy season.PAY FREQUENCY: Weekly PaySALARY: Starting at $18.25 per hourAbout The RoleAs a Sewing Machine Operator in our Sewing Department, you'll play a key role in bringing our products to life through skilled craftsmanship and attention to detail. This position focuses on sewing and assembling fabric components using industrial sewing machines to meet quality and efficiency standards.This role is ideal for someone who enjoys hands-on work, takes pride in precision, and thrives in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Whether you're experienced or looking to grow your sewing skills, you'll have the opportunity to develop your abilities while contributing to products used by children every day.What You'll DoIn this role, you'll focus on producing high-quality sewn products while maintaining efficiency and consistency. You'll be trusted to:Operate industrial sewing machines to sew fabric pieces according to patterns, sew notes, and specificationsMaintain sewing efficiency standards, with opportunities to grow into higher skill tiers based on performanceChange needles, thread, and materials quickly and efficiently to support production flowPerform routine maintenance on sewing machines, including cleaning and oilingConduct quality checks to ensure products meet company standardsAssist with additional machinery and equipment as needed while following safety proceduresMaintain a clean, organized, and safe work areaCollaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily production goalsAdapt to different roles within the sewing process as neededThis is a role where your craftsmanship, consistency, and attention to detail directly impact the quality of every product we make.About YouYou take pride in doing quality work and enjoy being part of a team that values precision and efficiency.
