{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a9201a0f8a28a86e7bc82385","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a9201a0f8a28a86e7bc82385","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a9201a0f8a28a86e7bc82385","title":"EMT Basic","description":"More Information about this Job:\nEMT BASIC\nStarting at $19.29/ hour with credit given for experience\n\nWe’re hiring Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs) that will respond to emergency and non-emergency requests for medical assistance and deliver high-quality care, treatment and customer service to patients.\n\nResponsibilities:\nEMTs provide an assessment of patients, determine necessary care and deliver emergency services by utilizing appropriate medical techniques and equipment.\nDocument patient information, condition and treatment while maintaining confidentiality and patient rights.\nTake pride in providing a safe, clean, and well-stocked environment for patients.\nUse appropriate EMT skills to provide care including communications, medical equipment, cleaning procedures, office equipment and tools.\nEMTs operate an ambulance in conjunction with applicable company safety policies, and traffic laws related to the operation of emergency medical response vehicles.\nWork collaboratively and in a professional manner with all allied health and public safety personnel as well as your fellow EMTs.\n\nOther Responsibilities:\nParticipate in community programs to maintain AMR image and establish strong community relations.\n\nMinimum Required Qualifications:\nHigh School Diploma or GED equivalent\nColorado EMT certification\nCurrent CPR/BLS certifications (AHA or Red Cross)\nValid driver’s license in good standing\nDriving record compliant with company policies\nSuccessful completion of the Physical Ability Test (PAT)\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\nEMT IV Endorsement Certification\nNREMT\nPrevious healthcare related work experience\n\nWhy Choose AMR?
