You will help leaders navigate the complexities of scaling teams in a fast-paced robotics environment while building strong people practices that drive engagement, accountability, operational effectiveness, and performance.This is an ideal opportunity for an HR leader who thrives in dynamic environments, enjoys solving complex organizational challenges, and wants to play a meaningful role in building the infrastructure, culture, and leadership capability of a rapidly growing technology company.Strategic Partnership & Organizational EffectivenessPartner closely with Operations leadership to align people strategies with business priorities, workforce planning, and operational goalsProvide coaching and consultation on organizational design, team structure, leadership effectiveness, and workforce optimizationSupport leaders through periods of rapid growth, organizational change, and evolving business needsHelp build scalable people practices and processes that support operational excellence and long-term growthServe as a thought partner to leaders on employee engagement, retention, and team performance strategiesLeadership Coaching & Employee RelationsAct as a trusted advisor to managers and leaders on employee relations, performance management, and leadership challengesCoach leaders on delivering effective feedback, driving accountability, and fostering high-performing teamsConduct investigations and provide recommendations related to employee concerns, policy interpretation, and conflict resolutionEnsure consistent and fair application of policies, practices, and employment decisions across teams and locationsBalance employee experience, business objectives, and risk mitigation in decision-makingTalent, Performance & DevelopmentDrive performance management processes including goal setting, calibration discussions, mid-year check-ins, and annual reviewsPartner with leaders to identify talent gaps, succession planning opportunities, and development needsSupport onboarding and workforce ramp-up efforts in high-growth operational environmentsCollaborate with Talent Acquisition and business leaders on hiring strategies and workforce planning initiativesHelp strengthen manager capability through coaching, tools, and development resourcesCulture, Engagement & Change ManagementSupport initiatives that strengthen culture, communication, accountability, inclusion, and employee engagementAnalyze engagement data, turnover trends, workforce metrics, and organizational insights to inform action plans and recommendationsPartner with leaders to drive change management efforts and improve organizational effectivenessFacilitate listening sessions, feedback loops, and action planning to improve the employee experience across operational teamsChampion a culture focused on innovation, collaboration, safety, and continuous improvementCompliance & HR OperationsEnsure compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and regulations, including wage and hour requirementsPartner with Legal, Payroll, Recruiting, and HR Operations teams to ensure consistent and compliant HR practicesSupport policy development, interpretation, and communication across operational teamsLeverage HR data and analytics to drive informed decision-making and workforce planningContribute to the continuous improvement of HR programs, systems, and operational processesSkills and RequirementsExperience supporting hourly and salaried employee populations in distributed or operational environmentsStrong employee relations, investigation, and conflict resolution experienceStrong business acumen with the ability to align HR strategy to operational and organizational goalsDemonstrated ability to coach and influence leaders at all levels of the organizationExperience navigating ambiguity and building scalable processes in a high-growth or startup environmentStrong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skillsExcellent interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building capabilitiesWorking knowledge of employment law, wage and hour regulations, and HR compliance requirementsExperience with HRIS systems and people analytics tools preferredSHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, or SPHR certification is a plusEducation and/or ExperienceBachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field5–8+ years of HR experience, with strong exposure to operations, manufacturing, field services, or similar environmentsPhysical RequirementsProlonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computerVision to read printed materials and a computer screenHearing and speech to communicateThis is a direct hire.
