{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a910678f052d476fdf12a819","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a910678f052d476fdf12a819","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a910678f052d476fdf12a819","title":"Technology Consultant","description":"From time to time, Tackle may work with contractors to supplement our service delivery on a contract basis.\nPOSITION\nThe technology consultant will work on our services team, and provide consulting services directly to our nonprofit clients.\nThis includes, but is not limited to:\nParticipating in discovery and research to learn about the client’s needs\nDefining and improving business processes, using workflow diagrams\nSalesforce system configuration (custom fields, objects, custom reports, etc.)\nMarketing system support (email marketing primarily)\nDonation system configuration (custom donation forms, system set up)\nDrafting assessment documents that outline discovery findings and provide project recommendations\nProvide user support and training, including writing how-to documents\nData clean up and duplicate resolution\nWe primarily work with Salesforce plus most online fundraising platforms and email marketing platforms. This position needs to have solid knowledge and experience working with at least some of these systems, and ability to quickly adapt and learn new systems as needed.\nEXPERIENCE\nGenerally speaking, we are looking for someone with experience with all or some of the following:\nExperience working with nonprofits\nComfortable working directly with clients with support from senior consultants and project manager\nCRM administration (Salesforce or Microsoft Dynamics preferred)\nExperience working with various marketing/fundraising technology systems (Fundraise Up, Mailchimp, Pardot, Donor Drive etc.)\nDeveloping new technology business processes\nCreating reports and data analytics\nComfortable learning new systems on the fly\nExperience with system/data migrations a plus\nCOMPANY\nAt Tackle, we believe nonprofits do critically important work.
