In this role, you will help design, build, and operate the infrastructure and tooling that enables secure, scalable, and reliable systems across the firm. You will work closely with platform, security, and development teams to embed security into our infrastructure without slowing down innovation.\nThis role is hands-on and ideal for someone who enjoys building systems, automating workflows, and improving the developer and operator experience while maintaining a strong security posture.\nWhat you’ll be doing:\nBuild and maintain CI/CD pipelines or implementing GitOps workflows\nBuild and implement tooling to support initiatives like data pipelines\nHelp design and work with various security engineers to provide solutions to help with development pipelines, including DAST, SAST, etc.\nSupport security tools like HashiCorp Vault\nImprove observability, monitoring, and alerting for security and infrastructure systems\nAutomate operational and security processes to reduce manual effort and risk\nSupport containerized environments (Kubernetes, Docker) with a focus on secure configuration and runtime protections\nAssist in incident response and remediation efforts related to infrastructure and deployment systems\nContinuously evaluate and improve system reliability, scalability, and security posture\nWhat we’re looking for:\nStrong programming/scripting skills\nExperience building and maintaining CI/CD systems\nHands-on experience with infrastructure as code (Terraform, CloudFormation, etc.)\nExperience working with Kubernetes and containerized environments, across multiple clusters and environments\nSolid understanding of Linux systems and networking fundamentals\nFamiliarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and hybrid environments\nUnderstanding of security fundamentals (e.g., secrets management, least privilege, vulnerability management)\nStrong problem-solving skills and the ability to independently drive work to completion\nStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate across teams\nBonus Points For:\nExperience integrating security tools into CI/CD pipelines\nFamiliarity with policy-as-code (OPA, Sentinel, etc.)\nExperience with observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, Splunk, etc.)\nBackground in high-performance or low-latency environments\nThe annual base salary range for this position is $140,000 to $200,000 depending on the candidate’s experience, qualifications, and relevant skill set. The position is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus.
