Not only will your efforts allow us to achieve organizational efficiency, you will nurture the pleasant work environment our people love.\r\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities (other duties may be assigned). This is a safety sensitive position*\r\nLoads/unloads materials, parts or products around plant and/or yard\r\nPerform grounds keeping and building maintenance duties.\r\nEnsures that machines/plant are free of waste product(s)\r\nMay occasionally operate forklift\r\nFollow all required work safe practices including lock-out tag-out requirements and wearing of all required PPE in designated areas\r\nSkills and Experience Required for Success\r\nKnowledge of power/hand tools\r\nAbility to stand/walk up to 12 miles daily\r\nAbility to lift up to 50 lbs.; push/pull up to 3050 lbs. frequently\r\nAbility to climb, reach, grasp, bend, twist frequently\r\nAbility to work in cramped confined spaces frequently\r\nCompetencies Required for Success\r\nIntegrity\r\nSelf-Motivated\r\nTeamwork\r\nDemonstrated prioritization / time management skills\r\nEducation\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent; OR one to three months related experience AND/OR training; OR equivalent combination of education and experience.\r\nWe are proud to be an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
