Marketing/Sales Coordinator

We are seeking a Marketing & Sales Coordinator to manage and execute marketing initiatives for Deli Nerds & Crave Meal Prep. This role is ideal for someone who can take projects from concept to completion, focusing on email marketing, social media, and promotional sales to drive results for catering, meal prep, and storefront sales. You'll work both onsite and remotely to ensure smooth execution of strategies while refining product offerings based on customer feedback and market trends. Core Responsibilities: Email Marketing: Design and send targeted campaigns, segment audiences, and track performance (open rates, clicks, conversions). Social Media Marketing: Create and schedule posts that tell our brand’s story, manage content calendars, analyze performance, and leverage social media to drive sales. Print & Digital Marketing: Design and produce marketing assets (menus, flyers, posters) using tools like Canva or Adobe, and coordinate print/digital distribution. Promotional Sales: Develop and execute sales strategies targeting key audiences (mothers, families, student athletes) for Crave Meal Prep. Product Management: Gather customer feedback and conduct market research to enhance product offerings in line with trends. Campaign Strategy: Assist with marketing campaigns from concept through execution, including attending events to capture content and engage with customers. Key Attributes: Self-Starter & Problem Solver: Able to work independently and complete tasks without heavy guidance. Highly Organized: Strong file management, attention to detail, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously. Creative & Productive: Capable of producing engaging marketing materials and meeting deadlines. Hands-On: Comfortable with regular onsite work to gather content and insights for marketing. Qualifications: 1-3 years of experience in email marketing, social media, and graphic design. Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, and email marketing platforms. Strong communication skills with experience in sales or product promotion, ideally within the health and wellness or food industry. Knowledge of the local Orange County market is a plus. Why Join Us?
