We are looking for Licensed Practical Nurses (LPNs) who are caring, compassionate and dedicated to work with our clients across the Long Island area, specifically around Bayport, Port Jefferson, and surrounding areas.If you're interested or want to discuss details, please reach out to May Dichoso at 332 330 1982 or may.dichoso@alvitacare.comDetailsSeeking experienced LPN available for per diem shift workPrivate duty homecare, with possibility for facility/nursing home shifts, and private hospital bedsidesPrimary needs with these shifts will be medication management, geriatric and post-surgical care, and professional coordination with other providers (OT/PT/hospice/etc)Shift work is paid between $40-45/hourWe also have a generous referral bonus program so bring a friend and get paid!Feeding tube experience (G-tube, J-tube, PEG) preferredShiftsWe will have 8-12 hour day or night shiftsAvailability for 12 hour days 3-4 days/week preferred Requirements:New York State Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) LicenseOne of: BLS, CPR, PALS and/or ACLS certificationsAlvita Care is expanding!
