The solution is built using modern software engineering practices and technologies.\r\nThe role involves working as part of a cross-functional Scrum team, collaborating closely with other software developers, UX analysts, and senior engineers to implement new functionality, improve existing components, and ensure stable operation of the platform.\r\nResponsibilities\r\nWork together with other Scrum team members on a project of the client's Core solution\r\nParticipate in Scrum planning sessions by analyzing the work to be done\r\nImplement new functionality or code refactors based on detailed specifications and mock-ups\r\nClosely work together with other development team members and a UX analyst\r\nDiscuss technical design with senior team members when needed\r\nParticipate in writing unit tests for newly developed functionality\r\nParticipate in performing code reviews\r\nReport work progress on a daily basis\r\nFocus on bug fixing when needed\r\nRegular business trips to Belgium for 1 week every 2 months\r\nMandatory Skills\r\nMinimum 3 years of professional experience with Java and Minimum 3 years of professional experience with .NET / .NET Core (6 years in total as minimum)\r\nSolid experience with Spring / Spring Boot\r\nStrong knowledge of ORM frameworks such as nHibernate (or similar)\r\nExperience designing and building RESTful APIs\r\nGood understanding of backend architecture, performance, and security\r\nStrong experience working with relational databases.
