This role demonstrates increasing independence in the field, leads portions of project execution, and provides technical guidance to other project members while working under the direction of assigned project leads, supervisors, and company leadership.\n\nThis is an onsite position that can work out of any of the above locations.\n\nWhat You Will Do\nControl Systems Engineering & Technical Leadership\n\nLead and support hardware and software design, development, integration, and testing of control systems\n\nDemonstrate self-sufficiency in the field while knowing when to seek guidance\n\nLead other project members during installation, startup, and commissioning activities\n\nLead and perform Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT)\n\nDemonstrate strong electrical and mechanical system troubleshooting skills\n\nRead and interpret P&IDs and wiring diagrams\n\nExhibit full understanding of Human-Machine Interface (HMI) and Programmable Logic Controller (PLC) applications\n\nApply and follow the company’s Quality Management System (QMS)\n\nDesign, Documentation & Technical Review\n\nPerform intermediate control system design with guidance from senior engineers\n\nDevelop instrumentation specifications for basic control systems\n\nReview standard documents generated by others for technical accuracy, grammar, and presentation quality\n\nDemonstrate an understanding of Information Technology (IT) systems, network infrastructure, and computer system design as related to control system integration\n\nProject Ownership & Execution\n\nComplete assigned tasks accurately, on schedule, and within budget\n\nLead individual project tasks and/or small to mid-sized projects in their entirety\n\nProvide accurate and timely status updates on assigned work\n\nUnderstand project scope, contracts, and specifications\n\nIdentify issues outside assigned scope and communicate them to the project lead\n\nCustomer Engagement & Professional Conduct\n\nCommunicate with customers in an effective, positive, and proactive manner\n\nFollow customer-specific site standards and procedures\n\nConduct all business professionally\n\nProvide attentive, responsive, and high‑quality customer support\n\nDevelop an understanding of customer needs and actively seek to meet them\n\nFollow up consistently and honor customer commitments\n\nEducation & Experience\n\nBachelor of Science in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, or related discipline, combined with relevant technical experience\n\nTypically 2+ years of total industry experience\n\nProven track record of 1–3 years as a Control Systems Engineer or equivalent role\n\nWhat You Bring\n\nStrong communication skills with
