As a key member, you will be entrusted with ensuring safe and comfortable transportation for our passengers, while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and customer service.\nTransdev is proud to offer:\nPaid Training\nPay Rate Increase after successful completion of Training\nPaid Holidays\nIncentive Bonuses\nPosition Subject to Collective Bargaining Agreement:\n$24.03/hr pay rate\nStarting pay $24.03 with progression to $26.03 after completion of training.\nBenefits include:\nVacation and sick time after 1 year.\nMedical, dental & vision after 90 calendar days of employment for full-time employees, life insurance, 401k retirement benefits.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nSafety-Focused Operations: Execute flawless operations by meticulously following designated routes and schedules, while adhering to stringent safety protocols and traffic regulations.\nPassenger Care: Exhibit exceptional care and assistance towards passengers, ensuring smooth boarding, comfortable rides, and timely disembarkation for all.\nVehicle Vigilance: Champion vehicle safety through comprehensive pre-trip and post-trip inspections, promptly reporting any maintenance issues, and maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and safety equipment readiness.\nAdherence to Protocols: Uphold company policies and procedures rigorously, encompassing seat belt enforcement, emergency response preparedness, and compliance with regulatory mandates.\nOther duties as required\nQualifications:\n23 years or older\nValid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsement (remove if not required)\nMinimum 3 years of driving experience (personal or professional)\nExcellent communication & customer service skills.\nAvailability to work day, evening, weekend and overnight shifts as assigned.\nSubject to a DOT drug testing and physical if applicable.
