This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled bookkeeper or accountant who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with multiple clients, and takes pride in delivering accurate financial reporting with exceptional customer service.\r\nAs an Accounting Associate II, you\\'ll serve as the accounting lead for your assigned clients, managing their financial operations while partnering with both clients and internal teams to deliver outstanding results.\r\nWhat You\\'ll Do Manage the full accounting cycle for a portfolio of clients\r\nPrepare and analyze monthly financial statements and key performance indicators (KPIs)\r\nProcess Accounts Payable, credit card reconciliations, sales tax, journal entries, and general ledger reconciliations\r\nPerform account audits and ensure financial accuracy\r\nMaintain fixed assets, prepaid schedules, balance sheet reconciliations, and 1099 compliance\r\nCreate custom financial reports and dashboards for clients\r\nAssist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning\r\nTroubleshoot accounting issues while providing exceptional client support\r\nDevelop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)\r\nIdentify opportunities to improve accounting processes and operational efficiency\r\nMentor and train fellow accounting team members\r\nCollaborate with Accounting Managers on projects and departmental initiatives\r\nWhat We're Looking For Highly organized and detail-oriented\r\nComfortable managing multiple client accounts simultaneously\r\nA proactive problem solver with strong analytical skills\r\nAn excellent communicator who enjoys working directly with clients\r\nPassionate about delivering exceptional customer service\r\nA collaborative team player who enjoys mentoring others\r\nCommitted to continuous improvement and professional growth\r\nQualifications Required\r\nHigh school diploma or equivalent\r\n5+ years of progressive bookkeeping or accounting experience\r\nStrong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and federal and state accounting requirements\r\nExperience working within ERP systems and maintaining strong internal controls\r\nAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office\r\nExcellent organizational, analytical, and communication skills\r\nPreferred\r\nBachelor\\'s degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field\r\nWhy Join FLORES?
