We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Reporting Developer to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, designing, and maintaining reports and dashboards using Tableau and SSRS. You will collaborate with stakeholders to understand their reporting requirements and deliver solutions that meet their needs. You will report directly to IT Manager, at PADNOS Corporate in Grandville, MI. This is an in-person role based in Grandville, Michigan. Must reside within daily commuting distance of Grandville, Michigan. We do not relocate, sponsor visas, or consider remote applicants.\n\nAccountabilities\n\nDevelop, design, test, and document dashboards and reports using Tableau and SSRS\nMaintain and update existing reports and dashboards\nCreate and write performant SQL queries for reporting and analysis\nCollaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide solutions\nPair with functional users to ensure business logic is appropriately represented in the analysis of data\nOptimize report performance and data quality\nProvide technical support and training to users\nStay up to date with Tableau latest features and capabilities\nSchedule\n\nMonday - Friday, 8:00am - 5:00pm\nHybrid role\nQualifications\n\nStrong understanding of visual and paginated reporting tools (Tableau preferred)\nPortfolio of work (Tableau Public, GitHub, etc.) or degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field\nSolid understanding of SQL, including window functions and common table expressions\nAbility to work as a team, collaborate with stakeholders, and manage time effectively\nExperience with ETL processes, data modeling, and data warehousing preferred\nExcellent problem-solving and analytics skills\nStrong attention to detail, a commitment to quality, and ability to tell stories with data\nTableau certification nice to have\nPADNOS has a rich history of taking care of our Team Members, their families and the multiple communities we serve.
