Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Operations Manager based in Turlock, CA. The role involves overseeing day-to-day sales operations, analyzing data to improve processes, managing relationships to ensure customer satisfaction, and collaborating across departments to achieve organizational objectives. The Sales Operations Manager will also implement strategies to optimize sales workflows and drive efficiency. Qualifications Strong Analytical Skills to interpret data, improve processes, and make data-driven decisionsProven expertise in Operations Management, with a focus on optimizing efficiencyCommitment to ensuring Customer Satisfaction and delivering quality serviceExcellent Communication skills, including the ability to convey ideas clearly and effectivelyExperience in Customer Service with a focus on building and maintaining positive relationshipsHighly organized with attention to detail and the ability to prioritize tasks effectivelyBachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, or a related field is preferredProficiency in CRM software and other sales/operations management tools is a plus
