Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Hingham, MA, for an experienced Electrical Project Manager. The role involves managing electrical solar project timelines, budgets, and resources. Key responsibilities include coordinating with clients, contractors, and internal teams to ensure projects meet quality and safety standards. The Electrical Project Manager will oversee project documentation, perform site inspections, and manage any necessary troubleshooting during project execution to ensure successful project delivery. Qualifications Proficiency in project management, including scheduling, resource allocation, and budget managementStrong technical expertise in electrical systems, particularly in solar energy projectsLeadership skills, such as team coordination and effective communicationKnowledge of safety and quality standards in construction and electrical workProblem-solving skills for troubleshooting and managing unforeseen challengesBachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Construction Management, or a related fieldPrior experience in solar installations or renewable energy projects is a plusProficiency in project management software and tools
