In this role, you'll leverage your expertise in off-road vehicle systems—particularly skid steer applications—to support control systems development and lead digital and quality initiatives using onboard and offboard data. The ideal candidate will have a strong engineering background, hands-on experience with data analytics tools, and a collaborative mindset to work effectively across multifunctional teams.\nResponsibilities\nSupport the development of methods and logic to correlate data from various sources to improve customer satisfaction by improving quality, performance, and efficiency.\nApply knowledge of skid steer systems and application to develop skid steer specific control systems and analysis.\nLead definition and requirements of application and support development of Digital and Quality initiatives utilizing product onboard and offboard data.\nThe annual salary for this role is $84,000 - $112,500 (Actual salaries will vary and will be based on various factors, such as skill, experience and qualification for the role.)\nQualifications\nBachelor’s degree in mechanical, electrical, agricultural, automotive, or similar engineering discipline\n5 plus years of experience with off-road vehicle product development and knowledge of machine systems\nPreferred:\nExperience correlating and statistically analyzing data from various sources to machine systems, in relation to performance and quality\nExperience working with a cross functional team\nExperience with communicating issues, ideas, concepts, and solutions with internal stakeholders and management\nExperience utilizing problem solving methodologies\nExperience with Microsoft Office Suite (Powerpoint, Excel, Word, etc.); Azure Databricks; MS PowerBI Pro; Python or SQL\nPlease note that this position is not eligible for visa sponsorship.
