Job Description Bookkeeper Assistant / Office Assistant / Receptionist (Clarkston)Full-Time Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pmWe currently have a position open for a Bookkeeper Assistant. This is a Full-Time Position, days and times to be negotiated. We are looking for someone who has great social skills, is detail oriented, has excellent spelling and grammar skills, understands customer service, and is great with Word, Excel, Adobe PDF and Outlook.Requirements: Must have recent Quickbooks experienceResponsibilities:Downloading Statements to E Binder Folders (Bank, Credit Card & Loan)Email, Phone Calls when Bookkeeper is OutOut of Office ResponderDate Stamp & Organize MailBookkeeper Supplies Statements to call for InvoicesPrepare Checks for Depositing @ BanksEntering Data into Excel SpreadsheetsOrganization of PaperworkFiling of PaperworkMatching Checks to BillsMatching Invoices to Packing SlipsInventory PreppingSend E-Mail RemindersUpdate Distribution ListsElectronic E-check Deposit (Scanning)Anything in Word, Excel, Internet (any other outside software other than Accounting Software).Accounting History a PlusTesting, Background check, and drug screening required prior to employment.
