You'll assemble, organize, and prepare kits of materials/components for production or shipment—ensuring accuracy, speed, and quality.This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys hands-on work, stays organized, and takes pride in getting the details right.What You'll DoAssemble parts and materials into kits based on work orders/kit instructionsGather and organize inventory to build complete, accurate kitsVerify part numbers and quantities to meet specificationsUse barcode scanners to track components and finished kitsPerform basic data entry to update inventory in a computer systemReport inventory discrepancies when identifiedPackage and label kits for production or shipmentMaintain a clean, organized workspace and follow safety guidelinesWhat We're Looking ForWarehouse/assembly/kitting experience preferred (not required)Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructionsBasic computer skills (scanning/data entry)Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environmentDependable attendance and a team-first attitudePhysical RequirementsAbility to lift/move up to 50 lbs as neededAbility to stand, walk, bend, and perform repetitive motions throughout the shiftAdditional RequirementsMust be able to pass a background check and drug testNo power equipment operation requiredTraining provided on systems and kitting proceduresBonuses Available (Londonderry, NH worksite only)$150 Sign-On BonusEligible after 90 consecutive business days of scheduled workOne-time offer per candidateIf a candidate leaves early, arrives late, or calls out during the required time period, it may affect eligibility$150 Referral BonusYour referral must be hired and complete 90 consecutive business days of scheduled work before you are eligibleYou may earn rewards for multiple referralsYou do not need to be a Masis employee to participate—if you know great talent, send them our wayImportant: Program rules, reward amounts, timeframes, and eligibility are subject to change and may be taxable.
