Receptionist - Experience Required
We are seeking a polished and dependable Experienced Receptionist to serve as the first point of contact for our organization. This role is responsible for managing front desk operations, greeting and assisting visitors, answering and directing incoming calls, scheduling appointments, and supporting daily administrative functions.

Monday - Friday / 8am - 5pm
Pay - $15/hr - $16/hr (weekly pay)
Responsibilities:
Greet visitors and clients in a courteous and professional manner
Answer, screen, and route incoming calls accurately
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Maintain accurate records, files, and front desk documentation
Handle confidential information with discretion
Provide general administrative support to staff as needed
Ensure the reception area remains clean, organized, and welcoming
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a receptionist or front desk role
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with phone systems, scheduling software, and basic office technology
Excellent time management and multitasking abilities
