The person selected for this role will work with the business stakeholders and product teams to conceptualize, design, and deliver extensible and scalable digital products and solutions. This includes AI, connected devices (IOT), mobile applications, analytics solutions, and other digital tools. The role requires strong architectural skills across domains, as well as good communication, collaboration and influencing skills.A person in this role will serve as an advisor and resident expert in solution architecture with an emphasis on establishing composable / modular services that can be leveraged by digital products across the portfolio. This role will provide architectural guidance and ensure business-technology alignment and integration across Ecolab in alignment with Enterprise Architecture & Security Standards.What You Will Be DoingEstablish and maintain a trusted advisor relationship with business, product, & engineering teams & leaders in Ecolab DigitalProvide technical and architectural leadership for Ecolab Digital connected IoT, cloud innovation, and mobile solutionsDevelop and maintain strategic architecture plans & capability roadmaps with phasing and estimation across the Global Institutional portfolioProvide objective and unbiased analysis, balancing short and long-term objectives, customer needs, business constraints, and technological realitiesParticipate in strategic and operational planning processes including product PI planningProvide data and information management guidance to enable scalable analytics and insights driving customer, associate and Ecolab performanceManage global view of systems landscape & architecture for Ecolab Digital regionsEnsuring alignment of Ecolab Digital with Enterprise Architecture and Security StandardsActively participate in technical/business requirements, technology choices and partnershipsStay apprised of changes in relevant trends and technologiesMinimum QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experience10 years of experience working in IT3 years of experience partnering with business leaders to develop technical strategies, architecture and road maps to support their objectives5 years working with Microsoft .NET and Visual Studio and related Microsoft Development Tools and technologies5 years of combined experience in at least three of the following disciplines – solution architecture, infrastructure architecture, application architecture, data architecture, business architectureNo immigration sponsorship is available for this role at this time.Preferred QualificationsBachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, related field, or equivalent experienceExperience with Salesforce.com Platform Experience working with solutions delivery teams using Agile/Scrum ore similar methodologies2 years of experience designing solutions leveraging Microsoft Azure Platform-as-a-Service componentsExceptional written, verbal & presentation skillsExceptional interpersonal skills including collaboration, facilitation and influencingAnnual Or Hourly Compensation RangeThe base salary range for this position is $166,300.00 - $249,600.00. This position is eligible for annual bonus pay based on performance, per plan terms.
