{"schemaVersion":"jobsearcher.job.v1","id":"a8a623a45fc364b527586fb6","url":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a8a623a45fc364b527586fb6","canonicalUrl":"https://jobsearcher.com/jobs/a8a623a45fc364b527586fb6","title":"Program Assistant","description":"Job Description\r\nThe Program Assistant for Foster Care Homes provides good customer service to internal and external partners and handles clerical needs within the program.\r\nProvides quality customer service when greeting individuals either by phone or in person.\r\nProvides technical assistance with distributing and sorting mail, assembling packets, and sending and receiving of information.\r\nGathers, reviews, and maintains information for files and assures compliance standards are met.\r\nEnsures family data is updated in SFM data management system.\r\nAssists with keeping children/youth and family information up to date in the data management system.\r\nOversee credit card purchases and reconciles statements for approval.\r\nAssists with safety of the environment oversight and participates in regular meetings with Facilities Management.\r\nAssists in maintaining cleanliness for the physical office environment and seeks approval for projects when necessary.\r\nParticipates and may be asked to take notes during team meetings.\r\nMay provide relief to other offices when there are vacancies or individuals out on leave.\r\nCompiles training data for reports, distributes to appropriate team members.\r\nCompletes billing invoices related to adoptive home assessments to submit to DCF for payment.\r\nManages foster parent contact lists.\r\nAssures confidentiality of all data and information regarding children/youth and families.\r\nImplements Saint Francis Ministries policies and follows directives as required. Follows and adheres to all pertinent Saint Francis Ministries Standard Operating Procedures (SOP's), rules, personnel policies, and procedures; related accreditation and licensure standards; and federal, state, and local rules, statutes, regulations, and contractual terms.\r\nReports unusual incidents through appropriate Risk Management, clinical and safety channels.\r\nEnsures clients' rights are protected.\r\nIs knowledgeable of and follows all safety procedures.\r\nRequirements\r\nHigh School diploma or equivalent\r\nPrefer experience with clerical duties and data collection.\r\nMust be 21 years of age.\r\nMust pass a drug screen, MVR, KBI, Child Abuse and Neglect Central Registry Clearance check and an Adult Registry Check\r\nFBI Fingerprint check\r\nLifting requirement of 50 lbs.\r\nMust have valid driver's license, acceptable driving record and reliable transportation\r\nWe're an equal opportunity employer.
