Office ManagerAlpine Global Management – Miami OfficeWynwood, Miami, FLAlpine Global Management is seeking a highly capable Office Manager to oversee day-to-day operations of our Miami office. This is a high-ownership, execution-focused role within a fast-moving investment firm where standards are high, priorities can shift quickly, and operational excellence matters.The Office Manager will serve as the operational backbone of the Miami office, ensuring the environment runs smoothly, efficiently, and professionally while supporting the team. We are moving into a new office in Wynwood on September 1, and this role will be central in establishing strong operational rhythms, structure, and consistency from day one.The ideal candidate is exceptionally organized, proactive, and resourceful, with strong judgment and the ability to anticipate needs, solve problems independently, and keep multiple moving parts aligned.ResponsibilitiesOffice OperationsOwn day-to-day office operations, ensuring a consistently professional, organized, and high-functioning environmentServe as primary point of contact for employees, vendors, building management, and external service providersOversee office presentation standards, conference rooms, and shared spacesManage office supplies, pantry, inventory, and vendor relationships with efficiency and accountabilityMaintain office systems, workflows, and internal administrative processesIdentify and resolve operational issues quickly and effectivelyExecutive & Administrative SupportProvide administrative support to senior leadership and investment professionalsManage complex calendars across multiple time zones with precision and foresightCoordinate meetings, conference rooms, guest access, and on-site logisticsArrange domestic and international travel, including flights, hotels, and ground transportationPrepare meeting materials, agendas, and internal documentsSupport expense tracking, reimbursements, and general administrative finance processesAssist with ad hoc research, coordination, and executional requests across the teamOffice Coordination & ExperienceCoordinate internal meetings, investor meeting, team events, and offsitesManage catering, logistics, and day-of execution for office gatherings and client-facing meetingsEnsure a seamless and professional experience for all visitors and guestsFacilities & TechnologyLiaise with building management, facilities teams, and external vendors to ensure smooth office operationsCoordinate maintenance, repairs, and service requests as neededProvide first-line support for office technology, meeting rooms, and AV systemsWork with external IT providers to resolve technical issues when requiredQualifications2–5+ years of experience in office management, executive support, administrative operations, or similar rolesPrior experience in financial services, investment firms, consulting, or similarly high-performance environments strongly preferredExceptional organizational skills with strong attention to detail and follow-throughProven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, high-expectation environmentStrong written and verbal communication skillsHigh level of professionalism, discretion, and sound judgmentAdvanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, Outlook, Zoom, and Google WorkspaceResourceful, proactive, and highly self-directed with strong ownership mentalityAbility to anticipate needs and operate independently without close supervisionAttributesCalm, composed, and highly reliable under pressureStrong sense of ownership and accountabilityNaturally anticipatory, with strong operational awarenessPolished professional presence and strong interpersonal judgmentEnergized by building structure, efficiency, and operational excellence in a growing environmentCompensationCompetitive compensation package commensurate with experience, including bonus eligibility and benefits.
