In 1988, the company opened its first restaurant in Syracuse and has continued to grow to five locations serving delicious Bar-B-Que throughout New York State. Friendly and timely interaction with Guests and Team Members are at the core of the Host's role. Hosts welcome Guests, seat Guests, answer questions, support cooperative service, follow up to ensure each Guest's needs are satisfied in a friendly manner, and encouraging Guests to return. Hosts also answer the telephone and direct Guests as needed.Requirements and Qualifications:Must have a working knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functionsMust be able to speak and follow written and verbal communicationsMust be able to effectively communicate with internal and external customers6 mos. to 2 years related experience preferredHigh school diploma or equivalent requiredDinosaur Bar-B-Que is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
