At Escoto Law, we take pride in being a trusted partner for individuals and families navigating the immigration process.Role DescriptionWe are seeking a full-time Associate Immigration Attorney to join our team in Dallas, TX. This on-site role will involve managing a variety of immigration cases (primarily family-based, humanitarian, and removal), preparing and filing applications and petitions, representing clients at EOIR hearings and USCIS interviews, and providing strategic guidance on immigration matters. The attorney will work closely with clients to assess their individual needs, maintain client relationships, and ensure compliance with immigration laws and regulations.QualificationsAt least 1+ years of direct experience practicing immigration lawExperience with Family-based cases/Immigrant Visas (e.g., Adjustment of Status and Consular Processing) is preferredExperience with removal defense matters before the U.S. Immigration Courts (e.g., Cancellation of Removal, Adjustment of Status, Asylum, etc.) is preferredExperience with humanitarian cases (e.g., VAWA, USCIS, SIJS, etc.) is preferredExperience with bond matters before the U.S. Immigration Courts is preferredProficiency in advising clients on immigration issues and developing strategic legal solutionsStrong communication, research, and writing skillsMembership in good standing with a state bar associationProficiency in English and SpanishAbility to work collaboratively in a team environmentHighly organized with strong attention to detail and time management skillsWhy join Escoto Law?Pay range: $100,000-$130,000 (commensurate with experience)Annual Performance BonusPTO: increases annually and never expiresInsurance Benefits: Medical/Dental/VisionState and Local Bar dues paid by Firm (e.g., State Bar, Dallas Bar Association, etc.)Mentorship Opportunities: Opportunity to learn from highly experienced immigration attorneys.
