About the Role: As a Technical Support Coordinator, you will be responsible for delivering timely and courteous technical support to customers, assisting with hardware and software issues, and ensuring smooth operation of approved applications. Your role will involve diagnosing and resolving problems using questioning techniques and remote diagnostics, escalating unresolved issues, and coordinating software updates from Beta Test to implementation. Requirements:High School diploma required; College experience preferredTechnical aptitude and computer systems experienceExcellent written and oral communication skillsStrong customer service orientationAbility to troubleshoot computer software/hardware issues over the phoneFlexibility to work varied schedules, including evenings and weekends Preferences:Previous call center experienceExperience in a Point of Sale environment or retailDirect involvement with customer service experience Our team operates with flexible hours, providing support from Monday to Friday, 8 AM to midnight, and on weekends.
