You will manage customer orders, from order acknowledgment through final customer commissioning and payment. You will direct multi-organizational team resources in achieving the most cost-effective solution and delivery of orders within a teamdeveloped scope and schedule.\nIn this role you are also responsible for:\nManaging systems requirements from internal and external customers\nDriving program schedules from multiple sources, and managing the program’s profitability\nLead and coordinate design/implementation efforts while coordinating across multiple teams to develop optimal solutions\nExpected to make appropriate tradeoffs to optimize time-to-deployment and communicate goals, roles, responsibilities, and desired outcomes to internal/external cross-functional and remote project teams.\nStrong program management background will have demonstrated experience leading large projects, and will have a well-rounded technical background in current technologies\nAnticipate bottlenecks, provide escalation management, anticipate and make tradeoffs, and balance the business needs versus technical constraints.\nProviding maturity, high judgment, negotiation skills, ability to influence, analytical talent, and leadership are essential to success in this role.\nMust be able to thrive and succeed in an entrepreneurial environment, and not be hindered by ambiguity or competing priorities.\nDevelop and drive high-level strategic initiatives but can also roll up your sleeves, dig in, and get the job done.\n\nWhat You Need to Be Successful\n\nWhat you need to be successful\nBachelor’s degree required (or a combination of relevant experience and education)\n5+ years of technical product or program management experience\n7+ years of working directly with engineering team experience\nUnderstanding and development of floor plan and facility flow patterns\nMust be able to develop customer floor plans and understand process capabilities with material flow.\nStrong interpersonal skills; excellent written and oral communication skills; able to interact with all levels of employees, management, and external customers.\nTechnical knowledge of packaging equipment/capital equipment\nExperience reporting KPI's to leadership driving strategic business unit development\nMust be willing to travel to customer and vendor sites on an occasional basis.
