Taft-Hartley Trust Fund Work The attorney in this role will step into an active and established caseload and serve as a trusted advisor to Allied’s member employers throughout Oregon.What We’re Looking ForThe ideal candidate brings experience, confidence, and sound judgment, along with:1. Juris Doctor (JD) degree2. Significant trial, arbitration, and/or administrative hearing experience3. Direct background in labor law and labor relations4. Strong knowledge of federal and state labor and employment laws5. Ability to work independently and manage a full caseload6. Highly organized, proactive, and self‑motivated work style7. Strong written, oral, and persuasive communication skills8. Excellent interpersonal skills and a consultative client approach9. Analytical thinking and practical problem‑solving abilities10.
