Company enGenJob DescriptionJOB SUMMARYDue to Department of Defense (DOD) contract requirements, the incumbent who fills this position must be a US citizen and must also pass a background check.***The Business Systems Analyst serves as a subject-matter expert for assigned United Concordia dental applications, supporting both day-to-day production operations and ongoing system fixes. This role partners closely with developers, product teams, and business stakeholders to analyze issues, clarify requirements, and determine root cause across data, configuration, and system behavior. The Business Analyst supports production incidents and escalations, provides guidance on expected application behavior, helps define and validate testing scenarios, reviews and verifies system changes in test environments, and collaborates with United Concordia to ensure changes meet business expectations before release. Success in this role requires strong systems thinking, clear communication, and the ability to balance production support, testing activities, and analytical work in a fast-paced environment.ESSENTIAL RESPONSIBILITIESWork with customers, Software Engineers, Architects, Capability Managers, and other team members to capture capability needs and drive quality business solutions.
