They are looking for a Quality Manager (Temp) to join their team for 3 - 6+ months.\n\nSalary/Hourly Rate:\n$55/hr - $70/hr\n\nPosition Overview:\nThe Quality Manager (Temp) oversees the Quality Management System and leads Quality Assurance and Quality Control operations. This role ensures compliance with FDA regulations, cGMP, ISO standards, and customer requirements while partnering with Operations, Manufacturing, and R&D to drive product quality and continuous improvement.\n\nResponsibilities of the Quality Manager (Temp):\nManage the Quality Management System (QMS).\nOversee QA/QC activities, including incoming inspection, finished goods testing, and product release.\nLead CAPA, customer complaint, deviation, and nonconformance investigations.\nManage document control, change control, validation, and quality training.\nSupport customer, supplier, and regulatory audits.\nMonitor quality metrics and implement continuous improvement initiatives.\nSupervise and develop Quality team members.\nEnsure compliance with FDA, cGMP, ISO, and internal quality standards.\nRequired Experience/Skills for the Quality Manager (Temp):\n6+ years of quality experience in cosmetics, personal care, OTC, pharmaceutical, or related manufacturing.\nThe Quality Manager (Temp) should have 3+ years of leadership experience.\nStrong knowledge of FDA regulations, cGMP, ISO, CAPA, audits, and Quality Systems.\nExcellent problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.\nPreferred Experience/Skills for the Quality Manager (Temp):\nCosmetic or personal care contract manufacturing experience.\nLean, Six Sigma, or continuous improvement experience.\nEducation Requirements:\nBachelor's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related Science is required.\nBenefits:\nAtrium Care Package available, upon eligibility (including healthcare plans, discount programs, and paid time off).\nJob Wrapping ID: #LI-AJ3\n\nAbout Atrium: What you do matters.
