Your actual pay will be based on your skills and experience — talk with your recruiter to learn more.\r\nBase pay range\r\n$100,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr\r\nAdditional compensation types\r\nAnnual Bonus\r\nTitle\r\nSoftware Engineer (Mid-Senior level)\r\nLocation\r\nHybrid - 3 days a week onsite (FL or TX)\r\nTerms\r\nContract-to-Hire (W2 or C2C)\r\nPosition Overview\r\nThe Snr Software Engineer participates in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle, including analysis, design, implementation and testing the current monitoring application stack. They work closely with the Application Architects, Product Owners, and other Software Engineers. Providing mentoring and leadership to Jnr Software Engineers and advising/contributing in generating and maintaining software development standards. They will work in a fast-paced environment with a distributed team to where culture and communication are key to delivery of quality.\r\nPrimary responsibilities include strategic implementing efficient and robust code. Providing insight and guidance based on extensive experience and judgment, the Snr Software Engineer assesses the potential and practicality of these solutions in implementing the design to meet company objectives.\r\nDuties & Responsibilities\r\nDevelop integrated solutions that enhance, consolidate, and coordinate independently designed applications across the enterprise.\r\nCollaborate closely with fellow engineers to understand, assist, and make recommendations for improvement.\r\nPlay a key role in mentoring Jnr Engineers, guiding them towards growth and excellence.\r\nAssist in Architectural decisions, identifying buy vs build for technology implementations\r\nPartner with cross-functional stakeholders, including development, operations, quality assurance and security, to streamline and optimize processes.\r\nProvide guidance to development teams to improve performance and operability of the solutions they develop.\r\nAs appropriate, they may liaison with external vendors to coordinate code development and acceptance.\r\nAssess, Coordinate, execute, and troubleshoot software programs and applications.\r\nOversee the configuring, coding, developing, and documenting software specifications throughout the project life cycle.\r\nUtilize past experiences and effective communication skills to collaborate with Product Owners, and peers.\r\nPerforms other related duties as assigned, always willing to contribute and learn.\r\n5+ years of experience in software engineering with expertise across multiple technologies, platforms, and designs.
