You will work directly with clients and provide supervision to direct service staff delivering ABA therapy.\nJob Responsibilities & Duties\nDevelop individualized treatment programs for children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD).\nContinuously monitor the effectiveness of treatment approaches and make necessary program modifications.\nProvide training, consultation, and support to direct interventionists and parents.\nProvide direct intervention to clients.\nOffer guidance and support in school settings to teaching staff working with challenging students, including school psychologists, site and district administrators, teachers, paraprofessionals, parents/guardians, and DIS providers.\nCollaborate with families to develop behavior support strategies.\nCollect fidelity and reliability data using various forms of measurement.\nPerform physical activities, including standing, sitting, twisting, kneeling, bending over, crouching down, walking, sitting/playing on the floor for extended periods of time, and lifting, pushing, and pulling up to 40 lbs without assistance from another adult.\nMaintain reliable transportation and current liability insurance for your vehicle.\nRequirements\nMust have a bachelor's degree.\nMust be enrolled in the Master's Program for ABA\nAt least 1 year of ABA experience, including experience with challenging behaviors; experience with all age ranges preferred\nAt least 2 years of experience in a supervisory role\nAbility to reliably commute to the Inland Empire, CA area or plan to relocate before starting work.\nMust have reliable communication method including working phone and internet connection\nResponsible for driving within a 30-mile radius to complete job-related duties and assignments\nClient schedules may vary, and weekly hours may fluctuate based on client needs, cancellations, and staffing coverage.\nTravel, Expenses & Reimbursement\nThis role requires travel within a 30 mile radius between job sites and/or client locations.
