Experience with contract negotiations with UPS & Fed Ex. Experience with E-commerce orders Experience with big box retailers. DutiesCommunicate and execute policy and processes for warehouse employeesAssist HR in hiring and termination of employeesCalculate stats for employees in productionCross train team in various rolesReviews process for better improvementsProduce charts and stats for feedback to CEO regarding employeesAssist in finding a WMS for departmentWork on cutting back on expensesReview invoices and follow process for Fed Ex and UPSFollow and implement all WH and company policies.Improve processes to get jobs out in a 3-day windowCommunicate with GA and CA regarding internal transfers
