Key ResponsibilitiesDraft, review, and negotiate various commercial agreements and manage the contract lifecycle Advise on employment law compliance and support HR-related legal matters Oversee corporate governance, compliance, and the management of legal operationsRequired QualificationsJ.D. from an accredited law school and active bar admission in the US or Canada 8-12+ years of legal experience, preferably in both law firm and in-house tech or SaaS environments Experience with commercial contracts, employment law, and corporate governance Ability to navigate ambiguity and build legal processes from the ground up Cross-border fluency in US and Canadian employment and commercial law
