The Senior Manager and the team are responsible for providing innovative, forward‑looking analytics solutions and data‑driven process changes that help increase the efficiency of Support Engineers in the customer support organization.\n\nThe ideal candidate will be a seasoned people manager with a background in applied statistics, economics or a related quantitative field. We are looking for someone with solid commercial awareness, who is comfortable with ambiguity and complexity, and has experience working with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams. With demonstrated success in using data science to drive understanding, progression, and decision‑making for large organizations.\n\nCompensation\nAt Atlassian, we strive to design equitable, explainable, and competitive compensation programs. To support this goal, the baseline of our range is higher than that of the typical market range, but in turn we expect to hire most candidates near this baseline. Base pay within the range is ultimately determined by a candidate's skills, expertise, or experience. In the United States, we have three geographic pay zones. For this role, our current base pay ranges for new hires in each zone are:\n\nZone A: $201,300 - $268,400\n\nZone B: $181,200 - $241,600\n\nZone C: $167,100 - $222,800\n\nThis role may also be eligible for benefits, bonuses, commissions, and equity.\n\nPlease visit go.atlassian.com/payzones for more information on which locations are included in each of our geographic pay zones.
