CPA Collective is a boutique, full-service tax and accounting firm led by a Tax Attorney and CPAs, offering integrated tax advisory, accounting, and legal services. We specialize in tax advisory, tax resolution, accounting, payroll, and sales tax services, and we serve a discerning, high-end clientele. Responsibilities
Tax Coordinators will serve as a liaison between the client and their tax team.
Please note: Tax Coordinators do not prepare financial statements or tax returns, but assist with the following duties:
Identify and gather documents required for income tax return preparation.
Follow up with clients on a consistent basis regarding pending documents and the status of their accounts via phone, text, and email.
Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email on a consistent basis regarding updates and deadlines.
Communicate with clients via phone, text, and email to gather necessary information and address any tax-related inquiries.
Respond in a timely manner to client inquiries and requests.
Maintain electronic client files, tracking the receipt of documents and any remaining necessary information.
Ensure proper and timely follow-up regarding client issues.
Schedule appointments, ensuring all parties are informed of and kept aware of any updates.
Coordination with the Tax Supervisor on project and client status.
Assist with filing extensions.

Job Requirements
Law, Tax, or Accounting firm experience, preferred.
The skill to switch back and forth between tasks based on their importance and urgency.
Basic computer skills such as keyboarding and professional email etiquette.
Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software, including Adobe, with the ability to quickly learn the organization’s software systems.
A team player who works hard to achieve good results in the tasks they have been given.
A positive attitude and customer service mindset with a strong work ethic.
Exceptional interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills with great follow up.
Outstanding verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational skills with the skill to prioritize tasks efficiently.
Ability to accomplish/complete a task while demonstrating a thorough concern for all the areas involved, no matter how small.
Capacity to act with integrity, professionalism, and confidentiality.
Capability to function in a fast-paced environment.
Comfortable with a lot of client interaction

$24-$31, with overtime pay
Pay: $50,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
