Total estimated hours per Candidate shall not exceed 2100 hours.Perform highly advanced (senior-level) computer programming work, including research, design, and implementation of web-based applications.Perform research and analysis required for specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front and back-end web-based applications software using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET/C#Design, develop and implement specialized programs or routines to supplement and enhance front and back-end web-based applications software using HTML, HTML5, ASP.NET(Blazor)/C#.Write, test, evaluate, debug, and document complex programs, including client/server and web-based applications using C# (.Net), MVC, and/or SQL.Provide support of Texas Department of Agriculture applications software through diagnosis of problems and implementation of changes to resolve problems and maintain software at the most current level.Work closely and coordinate with other developers, business analysts, project leadership, and business areas to validate requirements and understand technical issues and limitations and model solutions that meet the functional and technical requirements.Recommend improvements and identify risks to processes for application development projects, as needed.These are the same duties as we used for the current posting of multiple Software Developers.Works under limited supervision with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgment.Independently performs complicated tasks using experience, judgment, and creativity to plan and accomplish goals.Perform other duties as assignedBachelor's degree or higherSTAFF BASELINE REQUIREMENTS:?
