It will be a part of a talented group of technical team members, who specialize in providing support to multiple systems. It will be responsible for offering technical support on the systems used by our residential, hospitality, and commercial markets. It will provide solutions that increase our effectiveness and efficiency across the platforms.\n\nEssential Duties and Responsibilities\n\nThe essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:\n\nAct as a member of a multi-point-of-contact team\nCompleting and maintaining regular system workflows\nUse a ticketing system and Support Team to assist end-users with trouble issues or knowledge requests\nWorking with System Support management to uphold System’s team standards.\nUnderstanding of multiple markets and the systems that are supported for each\nContinuously stays up to date with systems changes and updates to ensure knowledge of business systems is understood\nAssists with system upgrades, implementations, and maintenance when required\n\nAdditional Duties & Responsibilities\n\nAny additional tasks as assigned\nMinimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)\n\nLanguage Skills\n\nTechnical Support or System Administration experience utilizing a support ticketing system.\nPreferred knowledge of Yardi Voyager, hospitality PMS programs, Prism\nPreferred experience with the following residential products/modules:\nMultifamily\nProperty Management & Accounting\nPayment Processing\nConstruction Management\nBudgeting & Forecasting\nYardi Products\nCRMIQ and Elevate\nConcierge / Leasing Kiosk\neSignature Lease Document Signing\nAPI Integration with Custom HTML\nWebsite Templates\nMerchant Payment Processing\nHospitality\nProperty Management & Accounting\nPayment Processing\nFacilities Management\nCommercial\nProperty Management & Accounting\nMeter readings and billbacks\nTenant account maintenance\nPhysical Demands and Work Environment\n\nThe physical demands described here are representative of those that must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job.
