May coach and review the work of lower-level professionals.Essential FunctionsFacilitate virtual and in-person instructor led classes and specialty training assignments (i.e. operation certifications, technical training, etc.)Identify learning needs, prescribe, and deliver education and training plans.Evaluate the effectiveness of education solutions as measured by operational tools and reports 4.
