You’ll primarily work on building and improving the internal tools, services, and workflows that power our operations, products, and AI-driven infrastructure at scale.\n\nWhat You’ll Own\nContribute to the design and development of end-to-end fullstack systems powering critical internal workflows and platform capabilities.\nBuild clean, scalable backend services and APIs with clear contracts and ownership.\nDevelop high-quality, performant frontend interfaces used by internal teams and stakeholders.\nParticipate in data modeling and database performance optimization (schema design, query tuning, maintainability).\nCollaborate closely with product, operations, and design teams to translate ambiguous requirements into scalable systems.\nImprove platform reliability, observability, and developer experience across internal tooling.\nUphold engineering quality through code reviews, testing, and continuous improvement.\nHelp debug and resolve production issues while improving operational resilience.\nMake pragmatic tradeoffs between speed, scalability, and maintainability in a fast-moving environment.\n\nWhat You'll Be Doing\nExperience building or contributing to production fullstack systems (internships, projects, or professional experience).\nStrong TypeScript fundamentals across frontend and/or backend.\nFamiliarity with backend development using Node.js (NestJS is a plus).\nExperience building user interfaces with React or similar frameworks.\nUnderstanding of relational databases such as PostgreSQL and core data modeling principles.\nFamiliarity with RESTful APIs and distributed system communication patterns.\nExposure to cloud platforms like AWS (or similar).\nAwareness of modern architectures (microservices, serverless, or event-driven systems).\nStrong problem-solving ability, ownership mindset, and attention to detail.\nComfortable operating in ambiguous, fast-moving environments.\n\nPreferred\nExperience with CI/CD, infrastructure as code, or DevOps workflows.\nExperience building internal developer platforms, operational tooling, or workflow automation systems.\nExposure to AI-adjacent, data-heavy, or ML-powered products.\nExperience working in startup, lab, or high-growth engineering environments.\nFamiliarity with monitoring, observability, and platform reliability best practices.\n\nCompensation & Benefits Notice\nThe national pay range for this full-time position is base salary of $120,000 –$155,000 USD.
