Your background should be as a Controller or Senior Accounting Manager in an automotive dealership.\nYou have strong command of financial statements, general ledger management, reconciliations, internal controls, and month-end reporting.\nYou communicate financial information clearly and can build productive relationships with executives and operational department leaders.\nYou demonstrate exceptional attention to detail, sound judgment, confidentiality, and the ability to prioritize in a deadline-driven environment.\nYou are proficient with accounting systems, spreadsheets, and financial reporting tools; dealership accounting system experience is strongly valued.\n\nPreferred Qualifications:\n\nA bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business administration, or a related field is preferred.\nAutomotive retail, dealership accounting, DMS, payroll, inventory, or sales and service department reporting experience is a valuable advantage.\nCPA, CMA, or comparable accounting credentials are highly preferred.\n\nCompensation and Benefits:\n\nThis in-person position in Lancaster, California offers an annual salary of $120,000 to $160,000, based on experience and qualifications.
