As a subsidiary of The Gordon Flesch Company, Elevity offers competitive salaries, generous benefits, and a fun, collaborative work environment.\nIn this role you will:\nBuild and manage business relationships within assigned client base.\nFacilitate meetings and technology strategy sessions with clients.\nAdvise on industry trends and best practices.\nIdentify and propose opportunities for improvement and technology alignment with business goals.\nProactively complete and update Technology Roadmaps with assigned clients.\nDesign, architect, and guide client technology projects and solutions.\nRecommend capabilities within Elevity’s Managed IT solution offering.\nServe as a product line subject matter expert.\nPerform network assessment for clients and review products/service components.\nHelp coordinate and/or organize on-site technical support as needed; providing occasional technical support.\nAssist with client contract management.\nAccountable overall client satisfaction and retention.\nStay current on industry trends as well as product and service capabilities.\nYou should have:\nBachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.\n5+ years network administration experience.\nExcellent organizational skills including task management and follow through.\nExcellent written and oral communication skills.\nNatural curiosity and strong desire to assist others to scceed.\nHigh level of comfort engaging professionally at different levels of an organization.\n1-2 years of experience in cloud technologies\nExpert understanding of IT infrastructure components and operations\n25-40% travel required, some may be overnight.\nValid driver’s license\nAccess to reliable transportation\nThe Gordon Flesch Company offers Medical, Dental, Personal Time, Vacation Time, 401(k) and 401(k) match, a Wellness Program and many benefits!
