Minimum Requirements Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited educational program. Completed Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and current Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA. Active Florida SLP state license or ability to obtain Florida licensure prior to start of assignment. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Experience working in skilled nursing facility settings required. Experience with dysphagia evaluations and treatment, including use of compensatory strategies and therapeutic exercises preferred. Experience with documentation systems commonly used in SNFs and with completing Medicare-focused documentation preferred. Ability to work 5x8 schedule in a busy rehabilitation environment preferred. Assignment Details Facility Type: Skilled Nursing Facility. Shift Name: Days. Shift Details: Days 0830-1630. Shift Pattern: 5 days per week, 8-hour shifts. Assignment Length: 13 weeks.
