Healthcare Finance Recruiter/Sourcer - Contract (Fully On-Site in NYC)

We're seeking an experienced Talent Sourcer/Recruiter with a strong background in recruiting finance professionals within a hospital or healthcare environment. This role will support high-volume hiring initiatives and requires someone highly skilled in sourcing passive candidates, building talent pipelines, and supporting recruiters on difficult-to-fill finance-related positions. Key ResponsibilitiesSource and identify qualified candidates for finance and corporate support positionsUtilize LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean search techniques, ATS systems, databases, and job boardsConduct preliminary candidate screenings and qualification callsBuild and maintain pipelines of passive finance talentPartner closely with recruiters and hiring managers to support urgent hiring needsMaintain accurate candidate activity and updates within ATS platformsSupport onboarding and recruitment operations as needed Required QualificationsMinimum 2 years of talent sourcing experience within a hospital or healthcare settingMUST have experience recruiting for finance-related positionsStrong experience sourcing passive candidates for hard-to-fill rolesExperience using ATS platforms, LinkedIn Recruiter, and Boolean search methodsExcellent communication, organization, and time management skills Preferred QualificationsAssociate’s or Bachelor’s Degree preferredPrior HR, staffing, or healthcare recruitment experience preferred
