Join our dynamic team, where your efforts will truly matter within a supportive and collaborative environment!\n\nKey Responsibilities:\nCollaborate closely with Product Supply partners and the central R&D team to design and validate manufacturing and packaging methods, as well as material innovations that align with both immediate product launches and the broader Initiative Master plan.\nTake initiative to independently pinpoint areas where processes and materials can be improved.\nLead teams in implementing technical solutions aimed at enhancing consumer satisfaction, product quality, and cost efficiency.\nContribute as a valued member of an extended team focused on boosting process reliability, stability, and increasing capacity to meet sales targets and ensure adequate market supply.\nAdvance your technical skills and support the development of other team members through targeted training programs and coaching sessions.\nUtilize troubleshooting techniques, analyze data trends, and apply machine learning approaches to effectively identify, understand, and resolve root causes of technical issues.\nJob Qualifications\nRequired Qualifications:\nEducation Requirement: Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Chemical or Mechanical Engineering preferred; other STEM fields considered.\nTechnical Skills: Strong problem solving, critical thinking, data analytics, machine learning, and process control strategy skills.\nThis R&D role is based at a manufacturing facility in Alexandria, Louisiana.\nAbility to work primarily day shifts, with occasional extended or shift work required during campaigns.\nWhat we offer:\nResponsibilities as of Day 1 - you will feel the ownership of your work from the beginning, and you will be given specific ownership areas and responsibilities.\nContinuous mentorship - you will work with passionate people and receive formal training as well as day-to-day mentoring from your manager.
