Senior HR Generalist
Key Responsibilities:
Increase the profitability of Power & Tel by mitigating costs through reducing time to fill, decreasing time to productivity and assimilation, mitigating risk and tracking metrics for measuring performance while supporting the following:
Recruit, screen, interview job applicants. Serve as a subject matter expert on recruiting practices and regulations.
Generate, review and analyze reports Data entry and management within an HR system (full HR technology suite) such as address changes, deduction set ups, etc.
Answer questions around general HR inquiries FMLA and benefits administration, Unemployment, separations and exit interviews.
Conduct new hire orientations and onboardings.
Developing policies, procedures, new forms, paperwork.
Identifying gaps in records, shoring up key documents and files.
Complete new hire paperwork, update and maintain new hire paperwork templates up to date.
Project Management across the board.
Track agencies, contracts, agency rates and terms.
Review time sheets and invoices from agencies, pay invoices.
Analyze trends around agency and effectiveness Manage vendors.
Other duties as required/needed and assigned.
Occasional weekend work may be required.
Some travel required.

Minimum Education Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field of study or equivalent work experience.
HRCI or SHRM Certification a plus.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years of related exempt level human resources experience Knowledge of HR principles, practices, and systems.
Advanced ability to use Microsoft Excel, Word, & PowerPoint.
Ability to use an HCM system.
Ability to understand complex system requirements that drive templated-based employee management.
