UX Content Writer
Required Skills:The UX writer works as part of a digital product team to ensure a coherent, consistent content experience across user flow-based experiences (e.g., multi-step product selection tools, user registration flows, quoting / configuration tools).We are seeking individuals experienced working as part of a digital product team in an agile environment. Candidates should be able toAble to provide quality UX writing, including microcopy, error messages, notifications, instructional text, and disclaimersComfortable working in a fast-paced environment, working closely with editors, designers, and product teams across multiple lines of businessAble to balance the needs of business, design, legal, compliance and technology stakeholders to create UX content that supports user flow-based experiencesDemonstrate attention to detail and use style guides and design systems to drive content consistency across experiences and align to the brandCollaborate with product and design teams in Figma to define user flows, wireframes, and to prepare the content that supports the experience.Required Qualifications3+ years' experience in UX Writing, Content Design, or Content Strategy, with a focus on writing UX content (microcopy, notifications, disclaimers, etc.) for user flow-based experiences.Portfolio of UX writing samplesDesired QualificationsFamiliarity with working in Agile (sprint based) environmentsExperience working in regulated environments (e.g., insurance, banking)Familiarity with FigmaUX Writing certification
