Ultimately, a top\r\nShift Leader should be able to ensure smooth and efficient workflows.\r\nShift Leader Responsibilities Supervising employees and assigning duties.\r\nMonitoring team performance and ensuring duties are performed efficiently.\r\nReporting any issues that arise during the shift to management.\r\nManaging employee requests and transgressions.\r\nEnsuring compliance with company policies, health, and safety standards.\r\nCoaching team members and training new staff.\r\nOpening and closing registers, accounting for the daily inventory, and preparing cash deposits.\r\nHandling customer issues and employee disputes.\r\nPhysical requirements Ability to lift up to and including 50 pounds by yourself\r\nAbility to frequently bend down, squat, reach above head, twist and kneel\r\nAbility to stand for long periods of time\r\nWork environment Ability to handle rapid changes in ambient temperature.
